Yes! They can reschedule their appointment by following the link in their confirmation email or by contacting you (The business) directly, where you will be able to reschedule the appointment. This is all based on your settings you have put in place, you can make it so they are not able to reschedule. This would result in them having to contact you directly.
Yes! They can cancel by following the cancellation link in their confirmation email or by contacting you (the business) directly. You can also make it so they have to contact you directly to cancel the appointment, this is a good option if you have a strict cancellation policy.
Yes! The booking page will show all available booking slots you have. If you do not have a specific time available for them, they have the option to contact you directly.
There are several options they can use to pay for appointments. They can be asked to pay at the time of the booking, this would be processed by one of the payment processors we have. For example Stripe, some of the payment methods they accept are debit/credit cards, PayPal, Google and Apple pay, along with other options too. They can also create a booking and pay at the time of the appointment too.

Yes this is possible and easy to setup. This would be part of our reputation management section on our platform. Once your clients have had their appointment the system can automatically send an SMS, Email or both. Asking them how they found the appointment and if they would like to leave a review. The timescale of the message can be customised in the reputation management section.
