7. SMS / Texting / Calling Information
You are provided with your own dedicated mobile number that no other person or company has access to.
This number is for SMS texting only and is designed for booking reminders and promotions.
If someone calls your SMS number, they will automatically receive a text message explaining how to contact you properly.
If you use this number to make outbound calls through your dashboard, there is a 2p per minute charge, depending on the type of number dialled.
Your Tier 1 account includes 100 free SMS credits each month. Tier 2 includes 200 free SMS credits. After your free allowance, additional SMS messages are charged at 5p per message.
